Instructions
  1. Bring water and coconut milk to a boil. Add chopped cauliflower, reduce to a simmer, and cook cauliflower until soft, 10 minutes or so.
  2. Add raisins and let cook an additional 5 minutes. Add honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
  3. Blend with stick blender or regular blender until smooth. Return to pot and cook a few minutes to blend flavors (optional). You can add more coconut milk to thin out for desired consistency. Top with lots of butter or ghee and/or raw egg yolk (optional). ENJOY!
