Ingredients
- 1/4 head cauliflower , (organic) roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup coconut milk , homemade or canned
- 1/3 cup raisins , organic
- 1-2 tablespoons honey raw
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Bring water and coconut milk to a boil. Add chopped cauliflower, reduce to a simmer, and cook cauliflower until soft, 10 minutes or so.
- Add raisins and let cook an additional 5 minutes. Add honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
- Blend with stick blender or regular blender until smooth. Return to pot and cook a few minutes to blend flavors (optional). You can add more coconut milk to thin out for desired consistency. Top with lots of butter or ghee and/or raw egg yolk (optional). ENJOY!
