- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 30 grams sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 grams ginger
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Lightly toast sesame seeds over medium heat for about 5 minutes until they are a little darker in color
- Put sesame seeds and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Enjoy! This will keep in the fridge for about a week
