Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 60 grams salmon, halibut or other fish cubed (1 PRO)
- 1 large clove garlic pressed or minced (1 CHO)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced (1 CHO)
- 15 grams scallions finely sliced (1 CHO)
- 80 grams broccoli small florets (5 CHO)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon tamari (1 CHO)
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 30 grams spinach rough chopped (1 CHO)
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the fish and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, scallions, and broccoli. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the water, tamari, and vinegar to the pot. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the heat, stir in spinach, and let sit for a few minutes. Remove from the heat, season with pepper to taste and serve.
