Ingredients
- 1/2 slice Kavli bread
- 2 slices turkey , or canadian bacon
- 10 grams green pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 10 grams onion
- ground fennel seed , to taste
- garlic powder , to taste
- light salt and black pepper , to taste

Instructions
- Fry the bacon until crisp and transfer to a paper-towel lined plate. Set aside.
- Mince the green pepper. Set aside.
- Mince the onion.
- Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to a non-stick skillet and saute the onions until translucent. Turn off heat.
- Transfer the onions and green peppers to a bowl and mix together. Season to taste.
- Line the Kavli Bread with the bacon and top it with the green peppers and onions.
