- 2 cups blueberries , frozen
- 2 cups cherries , frozen
- 1/2 avocado , flesh only
- 2-4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk , unsweetened
- Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until very smooth. If you do not own a high-powered blender then you will want to grind your chia seeds in a small electric grinder or coffee grinder prior to adding them to the smoothie. Drink immediately or pour into popsicle molds to freeze any leftovers.
