- 1 cup cashews raw
- 2 teaspoons vinegar apple cider
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt fine
- 1/4 cup water optional, to achieve desired consistency

Instructions
- Place cashews in a cup or small bowl and cover by about 1/2 inch with boiling water. Let soak 30 minutes up to over night.
- Drain cashews, reserve the liquid. Place cashews in a blender with vinegar, lemon, salt, and about 1/4 cup of the soaking liquid. Blend until very smooth, adding more soaking liquid as required to puree the mixture.
