- 1 large cucumber , peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup pineapple , frozen, chunks
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 5 drops stevia
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Instructions
- Place cucumber and water in a blender and process on high until liquid. Add parsley, pineapple, coconut oil, stevia and ice and blend until smooth.
