Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, turkey, cauliflower, and water to the pan. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the cauliflower is soft.
Turn off the heat and season with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Put the raw spinach on a serving plate. Top the spinach with the chicken and turkey mixture. Sprinkle fresh parsley atop the finished dish.
