Ingredients
Deviled Eggs
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 7.5 mililiters lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Ultra Lite sauce "Mayo"
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar-free Dijon mustard
- 1 packet Ultra Lite plain
- Lite salt and pepper
Ultra Lite "Mayonnaise"
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 plain or chicken Ultra Lite pack
- herbs and spices to taste-be creative!

Instructions
To make the mayo*:
- Mix all ingredients until desired consistency is obtained.
For the deviled eggs:
- Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolk.
- Mix the yolk with lemon juice, mayo, and mustard. Gradually add Ultra Lite packet and mix until well blended.
- Put the mixture back into the egg whites, and sprinkle with Lite Salt and/or pepper to taste.
Recipe Notes
*This mayo recipe serves 1, and contains .5 grams of carbs and 1/2 portion of protein. Use the remaining mayo as a dip or spread for vegetables. The oil and vinegar can count as your daily requirement. The packet counts as 1 of your 4 for the day unless otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
