- 30 grams sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 20 grams spring onion , thinly slices
- 1 tablespoon cilantro , chopped
- 60 grams lettuce leaves , large
- 25 grams carrot , cut into matchsticks

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add chicken and cook until chicken is browned.
- Add soy sauce, spring onions, sesame seeds, and carrots. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
