- 60 grams lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon butter , or olive oil
- 100 grams leeks , white parts only, sliced thin (or 20 grams onions)
- 70 grams spinach

Instructions
- Sear beef to medium rare; remove to plate.
- Saute leeks in same pan until translucent; add spinach until just wilted.
- Serve beef topped with leeks and spinach.
