- 4 cups basil leaves loosely packed fresh, washed
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds toasted
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- If the pesto is too thick, thin with water as necessary.
