Ingredients
- 1 package dried arame (1.76 ounces)
- 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
- 6 scallions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil toasted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or Braggs
- 1 cup kale blanched and chopped
- 1 cup shelled edamame cooked

Instructions
- Soak arame in a medium-sized bowl with just enough cold water to cover for 20-30 minutes.
- Drain the liquid (save the water for your plants).
- Add the remaining ingredients (minus kale and edamame) and toss gently.
- Toss in chopped, blanched kale and shelled edamame, mix well.
