- 30 grams sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 grams ginger
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they are a little darker in color.
- Put sesame seeds along with the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy! This will keep in a fridge for about a week.
