- 25 grams carrots chopped (1 CHO)
- 30 grams Chinese cabbage chopped (1.5 CHO)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, orange zest, and sweetener. Set aside.
- Steam the carrots and the cabbage until tender.
- Combine the steamed vegetables, cooked pork, and sauce in a non-stick skillet. Over medium-low heat, toss to coat everything with sauce (just 1-2 minutes). Remove from the heat and stir.
