Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Rinse Brussels Sprouts and cut off ends.
- Place in glass baking dish and toss with coconut oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast in oven for 20 minutes, stirring once at 10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, stir once more, and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve hot.
