Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Rinse Brussels Sprouts and cut off ends.
  3. Place in glass baking dish and toss with coconut oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast in oven for 20 minutes, stirring once at 10 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic, stir once more, and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, serve hot.
