Ingredients
- 1/2 pound tomatillos , fresh, husks removed
- 2-3 chilies , serrano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 small avocado , ripe, pitted and peeled
- 1 tablespoon cilantro , fresh, chopped
- 2 limes , juiced
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , freshly ground

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the tomatillos, chilies, garlic, avocados, cilantro and lime juice and process until smooth and blended. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve.
