Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey alfalfa, cotton, or clover
- 1/2 cup ghee or coconut oil melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup coconut flour sifted
- 2 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small (9x5x3”) loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, ghee or coconut oil, and honey.
- In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour with the baking powder and salt. Add to the liquid ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
- Pour into the greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to completely cool on a wire rack.
- Slice and enjoy!
