Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh
- 2" piece ginger fresh, minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- Toss ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into serving container, refrigerate up to 1 week.
