Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 9x13” baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with garlic and salt, and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip the veggies, and bake for an additional 12 minutes. Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle with the Parmesan, and serve warm.
